This album is for the labyrinth walkers at Washington National Cathedral and anyone who loves music in big spaces. I recorded these tracks late on a Sunday night at the Cathedral; no special effects and no backing tracks. The canyon effect is created by the sound traveling the length of the Nave -- a 7-second decay. There are also other little sounds that creep in from the building talking to me on a chilly night.
